REFUND/CREDIT Policy: If you pre-register and you then cancel on your attendance, you will only receive a refund if you notify us of your cancellation, in writing, at least 3 business days prior to the first day of the Event. Further, because we pay for many camps per person and prior to the actual event, pre-registration fees WILL NOT be credited for future events if you fail to arrive at the event.

Note: Event Cost Structure does not apply to New To Nero players the first time they attend. New to NERO Players will always pay the lowest event fee even if they show up at the door.

$65.00 If payment is postmarked at least 14 days prior to the first day of the Event.

$75.00 If payment is postmarked between 13 days and up to the first day of the Event or if you contacted us prior to the event but are paying At The Door. Pre-Registering helps so that we can ready your paperwork and a to run a storyline for you and your group.

$85.00 If you didn't notify us you were coming, and you pay At The Door on the day the event begins AND you are not new to NERO.

Deduct $10.00 from the event cost if you are not sleeping in a cabin or are staying offsite.

Faire Days
$20.00 - Single Faire Day or Single Adventure Module, pre-paid.
$35.00 - Two Faire Days or Two Adventure Modules, pre-paid.
Add $5.00 for at-the-door payment

Payment Options: The NERO Vermont Office accepts online payments through PayPal.Com. In order to use our online payment system you must sign up for a PayPal.Com account.
